Vintage black and white photos, the father-in-law’s old bicycle and a Berkel meat slicer offset this restaurant’s elegant, fresh interior. De Ceder has been a blue-ribbon establishment in the area for some 40 years now. The chef knows all the classics of Franco-Belgian cuisine and often whips things up at the last minute, as is demonstrated by his steak with a subtle pepper sauce and fresh fries.
