The establishment’s popularity has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with Kim Devisschere’s uninhibited, no-holds barred cooking, doubled with a commitment to organic, locally sourced ingredients. Be it local meat, North Sea fish or fresh vegetables, each dish fascinates and intrigues. Splendid wine list (excellent natural wines) and pleasant alfresco area in fine weather.
