The establishment has acquired a faithful cohort of regulars, attracted by the set menus and Inge Herteleer’s enticing carte. Her seasonal cooking throbs with traditional generosity and is dotted with contemporary touches. The shrimp fritters are stuffed to the brim, while a subtle champagne sauce enhances pheasant. Searingly good food!
