Situated in picturesque Dolcedo, this restaurant occupies an early 20C mill complete with millstone and press. The cuisine focuses on an interesting selection of traditional Ligurian dishes with a satisfying balance of meat and fish (occasionally on the same plate), plus creative touches and hints of the Piedmont, all of which combine to make a trip to this inland restaurant well worth while!
