In the context of Villa della Pergola, a sumptuous historic dwelling immersed in a wonderful botanical park (visitable for a fee and by appointment), it’s difficult to imagine a more exclusive and panoramic stage: the spectacular balcony overlooks the sea, which opens to the horizon after the last tight hairpin turns necessary to reach the villa. The dishes by chef Antonio Romano, a student of Heinz Beck, offer modern cuisine built around local products and vegetables largely from the property's biodynamic farm and the Orto Rampante.
