The lobster and oyster tanks give away the fact that this open-air restaurant's main supplier is the sea. SOTA's Mediterranean soul is evident in everything from its mosaic tiles to the fresh seafood on the menu. The squid has the perfect firm texture and is seasoned to have just the right amount of zing. The seafood is super fresh and wonderful in combination with al dente tagliatelle. There is also an irresistible selection of sushi. This restaurant is dedicated to showcasing the sea's rich bounty.
