Nestled in an art museum with commanding panoramic harbour views, the spacious room imparts serenity with its concrete walls and scattered lights that resemble a starry sky. The head chef has years of experience in French cooking, working in some prestigious kitchens in Japan. A single tasting menu is served and it changes from time to time.
