This romantic and dimly-lit dining room is styled in a European fashion, but Lingnan motifs and old-time Guanxi scenes are heavily featured for a mix-and-match effect. Popular items on the menu include beef tenderloin Wellington with red wine sauce; trio of foie gras; and black truffle risotto with pan-seared foie gras. There is no service charge as the owner believes good service should be part of the experience as a whole.
