From the Mayfair postcode to the impressive marble counter, there is a luxury feel to this first international venture from French celebrity chef Cyril Lignac. Sharing a name with its pre-cursor in Saint-Germain, it also mirrors that restaurant's Japanese-influenced approach – expect maki, sashimi and miso black cod.
