Marquetry art from Atelier Spindler, antiques, bleached beams and rough wooden tables: the dining area displays its Alsatian heritage with pride! On the menu: tasty regional specialities, tartes flammées, but also Breton turbot with shrimp bisque and risotto venere, and delicious desserts, like this raspberry-meets-geranium from the garden.
