The Emilian authenticity of the Barolo brothers and their team fills the air with smiles and warmth, making every visit to this simple and welcoming restaurant a pleasure, the perfect place to enjoy the company of friends or colleagues. The menu is steeped in tradition: it is impossible to resist their pasta dishes, such as the creamy and satisfying “gramigna sporcafaccia” or tortellini covered in a velvety smooth Parmesan cream sauce. Desserts include a crunchy “sbrisolona” cake served with zabaglione made with passito wine, while the “zuppa inglese” trifle releases deliciously smooth notes to end the meal on a sweet note.
