Boston lobster braised in white wine is served with 2 sauces and 6 salt blends. The lemon tart, limited on offer, is a whole candied lemon filled with lemon curd, fruit and cream, topped with a cookie stick. Cleanse the palate with peach iron Buddha tea sorbet.
