Located next to the San Nicolás de Bari church in the impressive setting of a restored 16C posthouse. In its delightful dining rooms with a welcoming rustic ambience, enjoy hearty Castilian cuisine featuring top-quality grilled and roasted meats – the latter ever-present on the menu. The Segovia suckling pig is without doubt the star dish here, although you can also pre-order delicious lamb and goat. Full-day food events dedicated to offal are also organised from time to time.
