iOda defines itself as a vegetarian rotisserie. Rather than meat, expect vegetables and fruit without forgetting a few delicacies from the North Sea. Chef Hoed unveils his creative talents in dishes such as leek roasted on the rotisserie, shining the spotlight on small local producers whenever possible. Playful, delicate and gutsy – the seasons are reverently respected, allowing the ingredients to shout their name. The trendy, buzzy interior of vintage details and untreated materials is perfectly in tune with the hipster Saint Gilles district.
