Tell me where? Well, here! If you are looking for food that combines tradition and generosity, this upbeat eatery is the place for you (don’t forget to book). Chef Nicolas Michiels not only knows how to concoct good sauces and grill meat to perfection, he is also a dab hand at whipping up more elaborate recipes of great delicacy. He might mix a subtle quenelle of scallops and langoustine with a seafood jus, creating an exquisitely delicate balance. Choosing from the extensive menu may pose something of a conundrum.
