With its cosy rustic-style interior, charming service and down-to-earth, flavoursome cuisine, this is the archetypal Bavarian inn at its best. The menu features regional dishes and Mediterranean-influenced options. The chefs make a point of sourcing their ingredients locally and work with trusted producers. Alongside the standard menu, there is a varying menu of the day plus a weekly special. Popular grilled veal and pork hock dishes, as well as goose and duck, are also available if ordered in advance. The rural location is also delightful.
Gastronomia e sustentabilidade
"Keeping it regional, short delivery distances and contact with the nearby producers of our supplies is important to me. Whether beef, game, lamb, fish or farmhouse bread, everything comes directly from the producer. Wild herbs such as wild garlic, dandelion and cress are permanent fixtures in our garden, as is regional beer in the pub."
