The three tasting menus (Contaminazioni, Dimora Ulmo and A mano libera) served at this restaurant housed in an old restored palazzo with a splendid summer terrace overlooking the Sassi feature a balance of modern cuisine and traditional local dishes. The dining room is equally attractive, while the interesting wine list includes labels from the region alongside a selection of wines from elsewhere in Italy and further afield.
