In tasteful, contemporary premises, chef Élie Michel-Villaz, who remains steadfastly true to his defining mantra, simplicity, rolls out a fresh, crisply crafted repertory, paired with lovingly selected wines (several hundred references – many natural or biodynamic). A short supply chain business that is going strong. Simpler menu at lunchtime and alfresco dining to the rear. Casual vibe.
