The name may have changed from the previous Siot to the current On, but the food at this refined French restaurant retains its integrity. The elegant space is simple and intimate with just two or three tables, with the layout designed to guarantee the privacy of diners. Because there is limited seating, prior reservations are mandatory. On focuses on seasonal produce to prepare its signature offerings, including a vegetable dish that consists of ruby red grapefruit and two types of oven-dried tomatoes that highlight their exquisite sweetness and acidity.
