After several ventures in his native Devon, the North Yorkshire coastline has become the home of Thomas Carr and his skilled fish cookery. His restaurant occupies two cosy rooms inside Ox Pasture Hall Hotel, with Thomas' love and understanding of seafood clear to see throughout the well-balanced, classically based dishes.
