Designed by Camille Flammarion, this pint-sized, sleek restaurant stands on a street corner in the 9th district of Paris. On entering, you will admire the kitchen where the chef, who learned the ropes in nine countries, enjoys explaining his philosophy. He rolls out a 3-, 5- or 7-course surprise menu – the latter of which provides the best insight into a globetrotting tasting journey that spans numerous world cuisines. The delightful on-the-ball staff is always close at hand and there is a half glass food-wine pairing option.
