This long-established inn run by Maximilian and Roxana Kühbeck with great dedication has bags of character. As the charming couple work alone, service can occasionally take a little longer, but this only enhances the pleasingly warm atmosphere. Their seasonal dishes are made with carefully selected ingredients from the immediate area – herbs, for instance, are foraged, or harvested from their own organic garden. There are two set menus, one of which is vegetarian, plus an à la carte selection. In addition to the cosy little dining space with its vaulted ceiling, there are two very popular "Kitchen Tables" for those who wish to see the chefs at work.
