                        Not far from Guillotière metro station, this neighbourhood neo-bistro has taken over a former bouchon. The aesthetic is unabashedly retro, with Formica tables, terrazzo floors and a 1970s vibe. It is run by a close-knit duo: front of house is Mathias Begin (of Substrat fame), who is passionate about wine; in the kitchen, Matthias Lallemant is an alumnus of some of Lyon's finest restaurants. Expect clever, generous, uninhibited cuisine that can be shared without fuss.
