Having worked in some of the most famous Parisian restaurants (Ze Kitchen Galerie, Saturne, Septime), chef Céline Pham, who is no stranger to international cuisine, has set up shop in the heart of Arles, in an old chapel with a vintage decor. It is a great pleasure to get reacquainted with her precise and tasty French-Vietnamese fusion cuisine, in which vegetables, as one might imagine, often reign supreme.
