She provides cordial and proficient service in the inviting wood-panelled dining space, occasionally taking a seat alongside diners at their table. Her husband, meanwhile, prepares five tasty dishes using regional ingredients, for you to choose à la carte or as a set menu. He likes to keep things seasonal and close to nature – he goes hunting and collects mushrooms, buds and herbs. The wine pairing is also exquisite – and there is an alcohol-free alternative too.
