Your cheerful hostess attends to your every need, while the chef’s repertory bears the stamp of his open-minded outlook and commitment to quality. Exotic, often Asian twists add a refreshing dimension to his playful recipes, illustrated by his excellent steak tartare enhanced by a variety of tomato textures and flanked by olive-laced ice cream and wafer-thin slices of Secreto 07, or swordfish jazzed up with ponzu and furikake.
