Housed in the luxurious Ritz-Carlton, Vienna, this restaurant allies the hotel's classic elegance and a modern feel. The pleasingly professional team serve traditional Sicilian cuisine with a modern twist. There are no compromises when it comes to the quality of the ingredients, as shown in dishes such as vitello tonnato and spaghetti gambero e limone – the expertly prepared pasta also deserves a mention. A highlight for dessert is the cannolo siciliano. In addition to the à la carte selection, a six-course surprise menu is available in the evening. There is also an appealing, moderately priced two-course lunch deal. There is additional seating at the large open bar in the middle of the room.
