You’ll find plenty of locals here, from the serving team to the regular guests, which creates a welcoming atmosphere and a convivial feel. The lengthy menus cover all bases, from flavour-packed soups and salads to delicious flatbreads and hearty mains inspired by north Latvian cuisine. Meat, fish and vegetables are sourced from the region and, in the bar, homemade ingredients are used in the soft drinks and cocktails. There’s a lovely terrace hidden to the rear that's worth seeking out, and bedrooms are available should you wish to stay the night.
