As typical as the name sounds, this place is far from being your average bistro. Rather than a stuffy decor, you can expect a 21C take on the standard bistro setting. The chef conjures up the same impression on the plate. Upon entering, you are greeted by the delicious aroma of fresh bread. Here, simplicity is synonymous with robust flavours. The modern touches he brings to the dishes add a surprising twist. Think ray wing with a roasted pepper sauce vierge, creamed celeriac and a frothy tarragon sauce. The carefully curated wine list is second to none. An atypical bistro!
