Easily found despite its name (nascosto posto means “hidden place”), this restaurant lies in the alleyways of Terni’s old town. In its modern, minimalist-style dining room, an enthusiastic couple (she runs the front of house, while he’s in the kitchen) delight their guests with delicious and imaginative cuisine with regional, Italian and unexpectedly exotic influences.
