It is located at the top of Plan de Corones at an altitude of over 2,000 m: you ascend by cable car from Reischach and - in winter - walk about 150 metres through the snow, when you don't opt directly for skis. This is an excellent project of the celebrated chef Norbert Niederkofler, who here brings his Cook the Mountain philosophy; modernity and Alpine traditions are combined in dishes rich in flavour, born in the seasons and aiming at a complete use (without waste!) of the raw material. The five tables with the best view are reserved for a tasting menu to be booked in advance. Attention, last cable car at 5pm!
