Considered the crown jewel of the group, this gem sells over 3,000 Peking ducks a month and yet they still tend to run out. So pre-order yours when booking a table. The restaurant is divided into three rooms and the freshly roasted whole duck is carved tableside – its skin is crisp, the meat succulent. Another signature dish is the velvety poached fish in shrimp stock on crispy rice. Also try the roast pork, fried chicken and slow-boiled soups.
