You’ll find the artisanal French salt from which the restaurant gets its name on each table – but you won’t need it because the owner-chef has worked for some of the world’s greatest chefs and knows what he’s doing. At this ‘bistro de luxe’ he delivers classical French cuisine prepared in a modern, lighter style – and that makes it easy to save room for his signature Baba. There’s also a good choice of clarets and Burgundies to accompany the dishes.
