A gastronomic landmark on the island of Murter, gateway to the Incoronate archipelago and connected to the mainland by a small bridge. A konoba (tavern) in name but elegant in execution, with an intimate dining room complemented by outdoor seating in warmer months. Mediterranean cuisine in which every detail receives careful attention: the fish is impeccably fresh, the cooking classical, yet the overall effect is modern and convincing. Standout dishes include traditional fare such as maništrun of chickpeas served in the typical terracotta pot, an authentic homage to home cooking. The pastry program merits special mention, with tempting desserts beautifully presented: don’t miss the Coffee and Chocolate, truly outstanding.
