This sleek restaurant is the brainchild of a celebrity chef and the founder of the upmarket F&B group Yong Fu. The menu is partly Shandongese and partly Beijingese, reinvented with modern techniques and novel presentations. The signature dish, Mr Duan’s delicious fish head, boasts silky flesh in a mildly spicy sauce, best eaten with deep-fried dough sticks. There are also five private rooms perfect for business entertainment.
