This curious restaurant will come as a surprise, as it’s located in a small glass-fronted courtyard behind a large shop which specialises in fine arts. The young chef, who has already worked in some leading restaurants across Europe, crafts delicately presented, contemporary dishes using seasonal ingredients; all the time using the latest techniques to create fine textures and well-defined flavours. The menu offers several options and is changed every two weeks. (Last update: September 2020).
