As if there were a direct line of intent between San Vito Chietino and Monopoli, Orto was created within the delightful Nina Trulli resort when talented chef Cinzia Mancini from the Abruzzi took over at the helm in 2020. In its beautiful Mediterranean courtyard, enjoy personalised, well-presented dishes where meat and fish are balanced by the use of fruit and vegetables, many of which come from the restaurant’s own kitchen garden and orchard.
