On the outskirts of the pretty village of Allauch, this modern and spacious, maritime-inspired brasserie comes highly recommended. Youthful chef Anthony de Filippo (stints with Lionel Levy at Alcyone and Dominique Frérard at Les Trois Forts in Marseilles) takes his crew of foodies on an appetising, no-holds barred voyage, in which fish and shellfish take pride of place.
