Just 300m from the beach and with a name like Fisherman, it’s no surprise that seafood is the focus of this cosy, candlelit restaurant, which also boasts an attractive terrace if you prefer to dine alfresco. Produce from trout to catfish is used in unfussy, flavoursome dishes – including a knockout paprikash – that are often adorned with sea herbs and hedgerow flowers foraged by the team. It sits within Villa Sentoza, so there’s rooms available if you want to stay the night.
