This restaurant may have changed management but its location in an old, carefully restored coach house with barrel vaults and brick walls remains the same. The regional cuisine has its roots in mountain traditions with specialities such as snails, lamb and local pastas on the menu. Young staff, plus a good selection of wines with a focus on bottles from Piedmont.
