Set inside The Grove, one of the finest country house hotels in Wales, the Fernery is a nature-inspired restaurant that brings the outside in. It’s a proudly Welsh place, with a tasting menu (available in 5 or 8 courses) that showcases the best produce the locale has to offer, including ingredients from their own gardens. Dishes come with incredible levels of detail that belie the understated, somewhat cryptic menu descriptions like “The King’s Estate”. Finesse and originality run throughout, while the superb service ensures your experience unfolds flawlessly.
