Near the castle, the unusual, trendy decor (pastel colour scheme and round shapes) is as original as the cuisine. British-born chef Maxime Fillaut (who did stints at La Mare aux Oiseaux and the Clarence in Paris) demonstrates the full gamut of his culinary talent and craftsmanship. The result is deceptively simple, flawlessly cooked food, starring top-notch ingredients.
