This convivial brasserie boasts all the attractions that you come to expect from a true Bib Gourmand address: a varied choice of enticing yet unfussy dishes that are generous and tasty. The chef does allow himself a few modern touches in his textures, although his cuisine is firmly focused on top-quality traditional ingredients such as haddock and Iberico pork presa.
