This restaurant takes its name from the half-timbered façade of Hotel Stadt Kassel, in which it is housed. Located in the town centre, the building dates back to the 17C. The cosy interior is a harmonious blend of modern design and historical elements such as exposed wooden beams and brickwork. In this setting, contemporary seasonal cuisine is served as a three- to five-course set menu or à la carte. To top it all off, you have a friendly and dedicated front-of-house team, as well as an exceptional wine list comprising over 1 000 labels, including some outstanding Rieslings from Germany.
