Located just outside Nevşehir's tourist hub, this convivial and inviting restaurant is the perfect place to take a break and delve into the region's cuisine. They take pride here in their testi kebabs and unique versions of kofta, but be sure to sample the manti, too – made with grilled aubergine, butter and tomato sauce, and topped with a yoghurt dressing and a sprinkling of dried herbs, they are simply divine!
