Welcome to Kurul Bitez, where kebabs are the speciality of the house. You can see this for yourself at the entrance, where the spit is always turning and the bread oven is piping hot. Chef Kemal Karataş gives Gaziantep cuisine a contemporary twist. His kebab with succulent lamb, mild spices, pistachio and a subtle sweet and sour sauce is a shining example.
