The fine-dining restaurant sits on the top floor of the charming Xara Palace hotel, a 16th-century building. The indoor dining room is intimate and elegantly appointed, with carpeting that lends a soft, refined atmosphere, while the outdoor terrace offers a delightful view stretching over the island’s eastern side all the way to the coastline.
Chef Clint Grech and his team focus on giving Mediterranean cuisine a modern, lighter touch, accented by a few French influences—the tarte tropézienne served with zabaglione at the end of the meal is particularly noteworthy.
