With the ‘Negral’ and the ‘Gaststube’, there are two concepts under one roof here, in the ‘Klostergasthaus Löwen’ dating from 1870 on the grounds of the imposing former Cistercian monastery dating from 1194 in the St. Urban district. On the first floor, Pascal Schwarz and his team offer modern, classically based cuisine in the form of a surprise menu, including vegetarian options, in the chic little gourmet parlour ‘Negral’. The six, eight or ten courses are prepared using excellent seasonal, regional and international produce. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the monastery church. Tip: In good weather, enjoy your aperitif outside in the lounge or round off the evening in the cigar lounge in the vaulted cellar. A business lunch is available at lunchtime.
