Marcus Schmidt’s inn sits on a picturesque tree-lined square, at the centre of an island flanked by a canal and the River Maas. The menu changes frequently, with seasonal produce – including vegetables from their garden – harmoniously coming together in creative dishes; the desserts in particular are delicious. The restaurant also offers a great selection of German wines.
