Inari Omakase Kuruçeşme is a contemporary-style designer restaurant with two faces. In the afternoon, it is a quiet place in which to savour Japanese classics with a smattering of hip Californian influences. In the evenings it feels more like a nightclub, with louder music courtesy of live DJs. Either way, this is a popular destination where you can share mouth-watering creations, and delight in the, at times, surprising flavours and fine textures of nigiri, sashimi, tempura, teppanyaki and more. The fine balance between the fresh, sweet and spicy nuances of the deep-fried squid rings with lime zest, wasabi mayonnaise and chilli is simply irresistible!
